Christopher Duddy (Producer)

Over the past twenty years Christopher Duddy has worked on several of the biggest studio movies in Hollywood, working his way up to becoming a sought after Cinematographer. After studying photography in college, Duddy started his career at Industrial Light and Magic, George Lucas’ visual effects studio. He has amassed an impressive body of experience early in his career filming visual effects and action sequences on blockbuster movies such as The Abyss, Total Recall, and Terminator 2 (which all won Academy Awards for visual effects). Duddy continued working with James Cameron on his next three features; True Lies, T-2 3D, and the most successful movie of all time, Titanic, where Christopher filmed the climax of the ship sinking (which also won an Academy Award for visual effects). Duddy was also one of the three cinematographers on the Kevin Costner feature film, Thirteen Days for New Line, where he and director Roger Donaldson re-created the Cuban missile site in the Philippines, while also bringing Washington D.C. back to 1962.

In 2001, he made his directing debut with the award winning short film entitled Leaving Peoria, which won the coveted Best Comedy Short Award at the 2001 Houston Worldfest Film Festival and also his Lead Actor won the Best Actor Award at the 2002 Sun Valley Film Festival. This hilarious and heartfelt film was also written and produced by Duddy. Also, he was the Director of Photography on several independent features that have premiered on HBO, Showtime and the Fox Family Channel. Duddy ended 2004 shooting two horror movies, a remake of The Cabinet of Dr. Caligary and All Soul’s Day, which premiered at the 2005 Slamdance Film Festival. In 2006 Duddy produced Wizard of Gore and directed / produced Cougar Club.

Glenn Garland (Producer)

Glenn Garland is an award winning studio executive and producer who has worked in the film industry for the past 14 years. He has produced over 100 advertising/marketing campaigns for such notable feature films as The World’s Fastest Indian, A Day Without A Mexican, Any Given Sunday, Cats & Dogs, The Negotiator, The Santa Clause, Ransom, Crimson Tide, The Rock, Phenomenon, Father of the Bride, and 101 Dalmatians, among them. Garland was Vice President of Creative Services at Disney Studios, where he worked on marketing campaigns for all films released by Disney, Touchstone and Hollywood Pictures. He was also a Creative Director at MGM/UA, spearheading film releases for Stargate, Get Shorty, Tank Girl, and Speechless.

In February 2004, Glenn Garland formed a partnership with Christopher Duddy, to co-found Open Sky Entertainment. They started off 2005, producing Dorm Daze 2 which is being distributed by Lions Gate Films. In 2006, they produced Wizard of Gore, starring Kip Pardue, Crispin Glover, and Bijou Phillips, directed by Jeremy Kasten, with Duddy as the cinematographer. Shortly thereafter they started production on Cougar Club, starring Faye Dunaway, Carrie Fisher, Warren Kole, Jason Jurman, Kaley Cuoco, Scott Michael Campbell, Jeremy Rowley, Izabella Scorupco, Mo Collins and Joanie Laurer, directed by Duddy.
